A Small and Sweet Playroom in Blue

Busy best sums up life the past few months! Despite a lack of posts I have been blessed with some incredible clients and projects to work on. From whimsical children’s spaces to my first entire home project, things have been exciting. ¬†On top of that we renovated and sold our own home, moved out, and now are looking for a new house. Today I’m sharing a fun play loft I did for a sweet little boy last winter.

This small space at the top of the stairs has many doors and access points. I tried to add some character and function to the room without blocking any walkways.

My favorite part of the project are these custom pipe shelves my husband and I built.

Instead of a traditional play table I went with a reclaimed wood coffee table that will have more versatility as he grows up.

I used the existing toy storage unit they owned but gave it some character with burlap pennant and vintage finds.
